I made Lemon Thyme Cookies and was told “this is the best cookie I’ve ever eaten”. I used the Thyme that we grow at the front of our house.
Modifications to Recipe: Extra Lemon Zest, Add small amount of Lemon Extract, Add slightly more flour, Make cookies larger (recipe states 36 cookies – I make about 24 cookies from this recipe)
