Excellent pear tart with a shortbread crust! I do make a few changes to the recipe! This recipe is from A Romance With Baking. My husband says I’m “Hurricane Christy” in the kitchen (due to flour everywhere) but everything tastes delicious!
My changes: Double the filling and double (or more) the amount of pears. I LOVE Royal Riviera Pears.
