Ocean Tides Cleaning & Co-Hosting is an Airbnb Management (Co-Hosting) and cleaning company

specializing in short term vacation rentals and cleanings. Owned and operated by Angie and

Mike Russell, Ocean Tides Cleaning & Co-Hosting has been in business since 2015. We geared our business to

help owners make money with their investment properties while keeping them sparkling clean,

neatly organized and in tip top shape.

Our business started with Angie and one of our daughters cleaning residential homes for people

they knew. This quickly grew into more and more people requesting their services and

eventually sealed the deal on a commercial account at the Gemini Condominium Complex

where they cleaned the common areas for 3.5 years. During this time, Angie was approached

for vacation rental cleanings and that is where the gears started to change.

By 2019, Russell & Russell was predominantly cleaning Airbnb Vacation Condos and Homes

and has grown to specialize in these cleanings. In 2020 when COVID hit, Angie sought further

education to ensure our crew was safe from contracting COVID. She enrolled in the American

House Cleaners Association Course and became AHCA certified in May 2021. Angie and all of

our contracted crew attend a yearly course to keep these certificates up to date as well as

keeping up to date with the latest in cleaning products and practices.

With an ever growing company, we strive for excellence in our property management and

cleanings. Our crews are on a very rigorous schedule that never falters from property to

property. The expectations are high and the results are solid 5 star cleanings on Airbnb and

VRBO. We use a scheduling tool where the notes from each property are shared with the crew.

Our crews are required to upload pictures of each cleaning and those photos are shared with

owners when necessary or requested.

We have done all phases of cleaning and love a challenge.
