Instead of making a large pie, I’ve turned this recipe into mini pies. Love the sweet of the strawberries and the tart of the rhubarb. I bake the mini pies at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Baking with Christy – Mini Strawberry Rhubarb Pies.
