I do make several changes to this recipe. Just make it your own! My meat-eating friends love it too:)
I start with one bell pepper each (green, red, yellow, and orange) roasted in the oven for about an hour with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I substitute feta cheese for the goat cheese. I use LOTS of fresh basil from our garden. I haven’t changed one thing about the dough.
