We made Creme Brulee and decided to make it fun. My fabulous sister bought us some interesting, flavored sugars and we already had some too. So, instead of sugar in the raw, we used flavored sugars. I believe the favorite sugars from our dinner party are Red Raspberry; English Toffee; Sea Salt Caramel; and Hibiscus (in no particular order – they were ALL amazing). Note that the one change to the recipe itself is that I add vanilla bean.
