We made mini chicken pot pies last night which were amazing! For once, I cheated and used a canned mix of vegetables. Add cream of whatever soup (whichever soup you like). Also add some heavy cream, salt, and pepper. I did roast potatoes in the oven, diced them and added to the mix for texture. […]
